Dealing with toothache at home

And so does food that require a lot of chewing and masticating such as beef and other meat. Eating soft foods decrease the chances of food particles getting stuck in between teeth.
A lot of Vitamin C and Vitamin D is also vital for dental care especially in addressing gum disease related aches. This is why lime is also used in remedies for toothache and it also prevents tooth decay and tooth loosening. Plenty of Vitamin C can also prevent dental carries. Lessening sugar intake as well as minimizing small snacks in between meals is highly recommended. Whole foods and raw vegetables are important in taking care of teeth.
